This vintage Isparta carpet is a meticulously hand-woven piece from Western Anatolia, featuring a distinctly overdyed and low-sheared pile that allows it to seamlessly complement a wide variety of interior styles, from contemporary modern to rustic country living. All our carpets and kilims are one-of-a-kind, hand-knotted or hand-woven with 100% hand spun wool pile. Color variation is called "Abrash" which is due to none-bleached wool's absorption of the dyes used or the carpet or kilim maybe woven with 2 different batches of dyed wool, which was available at the time.
